Kooth - Free Online Counselling Support for Young People

Kooth is available to all young people aged between 11-18 years across the Bradford District and is accessible from any internet device. Once registered they will have access to support and advice on their emotional wellbeing and mental health. This is provided through self help resources, peer to peer and professional support.

Using our online discussion board there is also the option to contribute to our live forums, which have a specific theme each week. I have attached the dates and times of these forums that young people can access through the website.
