West Yorkshire Police’s Steerside Enforcement team works across Bradford District, deploying officers seven days a week in cars and on bikes, dedicated to taking positive action against anyone whose driving falls below the required standard. The team also undertakes to educate drivers as to the effect their driving has on their communities, neutralise the perception of bad driving in the District, increase public confidence in local policing, achieve a tangible reduction in ASB calls for service related to motor vehicles and gather intelligence in relation to offenders.
